Audax<\/strong><\/h3>\n

<\/strong><\/p>\n

Audax, in 1958 opgericht door Jacques de Leeuw, is uitgegroeid tot een vooraanstaande speler in retail, publishing en commerci\u00eble distributie. Het bedrijf is actief via divisies als Audax Retail, Audax Publishing, Van Ditmar en Betapress. <\/p>\n

Audax Retail omvat bekende merken als Bruna en ReadShop, terwijl Audax Publishing een portfolio van zes titels beheert, waaronder Vriendin, Weekend en Sant\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Het bedrijf bedient meer dan 500 eigen winkels en franchisewinkels, naast meer dan 4.000 andere wederverkopers, waaronder Bruna, ReadShop, Schiphol, treinstations en de Bijenkorf.<\/p>\n

Het project:<\/strong><\/p>\n

EcomStream speelde een cruciale rol om een gunstig contract af te sluiten voor zowel franchisenemers als Bruna vestigingen. De voornaamste activiteiten waren het begeleiden van Audax bij het evalueren van voorstellen van betaalproviders en banken, het beoordelen van verschillende dealstructuren en het herzien van voorwaarden. <\/p>\n

Daarnaast heeft EcomStream waardevolle informatie verstrekt over het (specifieke) Nederlandse betaallandschap, om de belanghebbenden van Audax te helpen de fijne kneepjes van de markt te begrijpen. Deze ondersteuning stelde Audax in staat om goed ge\u00efnformeerde beslissingen te nemen en met vertrouwen verder te gaan, wat zorgde voor een gunstige regeling voor alle betrokken partijen. <\/p>\n

Uiteindelijk heeft de begeleiding van EcomStream Audax in staat gesteld om met succes door het complexe betaallandschap te navigeren.<\/p>\n
