De groep telt vier online platforms, 276 fysieke winkels en 4.200 medewerkers, en verbindt haar kanalen om betaalbare, eigentijdse interieuroplossingen in de regio te leveren. <\/p>\n<h2><strong>De uitdaging<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Over twee merken en meerdere digitale verkoopkanalen was het betaallandschap versnipperd geraakt. Online, Marketplaces en Sales@home hadden elk hun eigen setup, wat de klantervaring inconsistent maakte en de kostenbasis lastig te beheren. De groep had \u00e9\u00e9n moderne betaalfundering nodig die al deze kanalen samenhangend kon bedienen en internationale expansie kon ondersteunen, in plaats van een lappendeken die met elk toegevoegd merk en elke markt moeilijker te onderhouden werd.  <\/p>\n<h2><strong>De aanpak<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Ramon leidde een volledig RFP-traject van begin tot eind, over drie verkoopkanalen, Online, Marketplaces en Sales@home, voor zowel Leen Bakker als Kwantum. Het werk bouwde voort op een samenwerking met EcomStream die in 2019 begon, en op de actieve betrokkenheid van een brede groep stakeholders binnen Homefashion Group die de requirements vormgaven en de beslissingen stuurden. <\/p>\n<p>De waarde van een gestructureerde RFP zit in de discipline die het oplegt: heldere requirements, echte concurrentie tussen providers, en open communicatie die een complex traject met meerdere stakeholders gedurende het hele proces in lijn houdt met de businessprioriteiten. Die structuur is wat het proces op koers hield en de uitkomst koppelde aan wat de groep daadwerkelijk nodig had. <\/p>\n<h2><strong>Het resultaat<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Het resultaat is een schaalbaar, modulair betaalecosysteem dat beide merken een consistent en gemoderniseerd betaallandschap over hun digitale kanalen geeft. Het verbetert de checkout-ervaring, levert kostenoptimalisatie via zowel directe als indirecte besparingen, en is gebouwd om toekomstige internationale expansie en een snellere uitrol van nieuwe proposities te ondersteunen.
