Het biedt een uitgebreide collectie kleding, jurken, schoenen, badmode, beauty en cadeaus, met meer dan 200 merken. Het is een wereldwijde speler in een duidelijk afgebakende niche.  <\/p>\n<h2><strong>De uitdaging<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Een wereldwijde nichespeler draagt dezelfde druk op PSP-kosten als elk ander online bedrijf met hoog volume: commerci\u00eble voorwaarden die stilletjes de brutomarge op elke conversie uithollen. Daarnaast kunnen zich in jaren van facturatie fouten ophopen die binnen het bedrijf niet zichtbaar zijn en die waarde blijven onttrekken zolang zij onopgemerkt blijven. <\/p>\n<h2><strong>De aanpak<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>EcomStream verbeterde de commerci\u00eble voorwaarden van TopVintage via actuele marktkennis en onderhandelingsexpertise, en bedong gunstigere betaalvoorwaarden. Naast het vooruitkijkende werk voerde EcomStream een forensische audit uit van de betaalfacturatie, en die audit legde historische facturatiefouten bloot die het bedrijf al jaren raakten. <\/p>\n<p>Zover komt vrijwel geen enkele contract- of factuurcontrole. Toekomstige tarieven optimaliseren is \u00e9\u00e9n ding; terug door de facturen gaan, regel voor regel, om te vinden wat ten onrechte in rekening is gebracht en dat terug te winnen, is een ander, en het is precies waar een gespecialiseerde blik zichzelf terugverdient. <\/p>\n<h2><strong>Het resultaat<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>TopVintage realiseerde een substanti\u00eble verhoging van de brutomarge per conversie, en de audit stelde het bedrijf in staat om fouten uit het verleden te corrigeren en waarde terug te winnen die eerder verloren was gegaan.
