Digitale innovatie staat centraal in de strategie: een centrale Digital Hub drijft alle e-commerce- en e-marketingactiviteit aan en geeft de marketingteams de data en tools om te presteren terwijl de operationele kosten laag blijven. De groep is gebouwd op een portfolio van merken, waaronder B\u00e4rber Drexel, Flinndal, Myl\u00e8ne, Purasana, Sensilab en Vitamin Express.  <\/p>\n<h2><strong>De uitdaging<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Een snelgroeiende groep die over meerdere merken, landen en online platforms verkoopt, draagt vrijwel per definitie een versnipperde betaalsetup. Elk merk en elke entiteit heeft een eigen regeling, wat de operationele kosten opdrijft en een samenhangende, schaalbare structuur lastig te onderhouden maakt. Vision Healthcare moest de PSP-kosten omlaag brengen tegen heldere KPI-doelstellingen, zonder risico toe te voegen of de technische infrastructuur te verstoren, en tegelijk de checkout van het nieuw ontwikkelde platform goed krijgen.  <\/p>\n<h2><strong>De aanpak<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>EcomStream optimaliseerde de betaaloplossingen over de leidende merken van de groep, in nauwe samenwerking met stakeholders uit verschillende entiteiten van Vision Healthcare, zodat het resultaat aansloot op de specifieke behoeften van elk merk en tegelijk samenhangend en schaalbaar bleef over de groep. Het werk was zo ingericht dat het besparingen leverde zonder nieuw risico, verdere investering of wijzigingen aan de bestaande technische infrastructuur. <\/p>\n<p>Naast de kosten leverde EcomStream inzicht in de klantervaring van de nieuw ontwikkelde online checkout van de groep, met focus op de UX van de checkout-flow om de topline-conversie te verhogen naast de kostenreductie.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Het resultaat<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>De optimalisatie leverde een directe besparing van ongeveer 20 procent op de operationele PSP-kosten, wat budget vrijmaakte voor internationale expansie en toekomstige groei, terwijl de checkout-verbeteringen bijdroegen aan een hogere topline-conversie. Vision Healthcare kwam eruit met een leaner, schaalbaardere betaalinfrastructuur en een soepelere checkout, gepositioneerd voor verdere expansie, en dat alles zonder risico, extra investering of technische wijziging. <\/p>\n<p><em>\"Het was een genoegen om met Ramon te werken, die uitzonderlijke expertise toonde in het optimaliseren van onze payment authorisation rates en het verlagen van de processing fees bij payment providers. Zijn diepgaande begrip van betaalsystemen en strategische aanpak leidden tot een toename van succesvolle transacties terwijl de kosten werden geminimaliseerd.
