Interchange en scheme fees zijn de grootste kostenposten in je payment set-up. Op een pass-through contract factureert je PSP ze exact zoals de schemes en issuing banks ze in rekening brengen, at cost, zonder opslag. Die claim staat op elke factuur, en vrijwel geen enkele merchant heeft hem ooit onafhankelijk laten verifi\u00ebren. De “Pass-through kosten verificatie” doet precies dat, binnen een week. <\/p>\n

Op een interchange++ contract betekent pass-through 1:1. Elke cent interchange moet herleidbaar zijn naar het officieel gepubliceerde tarief voor dat kaarttype en die corridor, en elke scheme fee moet overeenkomen met wat Visa en Mastercard daadwerkelijk bij je PSP in rekening brachten voor jouw volume. Of dat echt zo is, zie je niet op de factuur zelf. Het blijkt pas wanneer de doorbelasting wordt gereconcilieerd tegen de offici\u00eble tarieven en tegen de eigen kostendata van de PSP, op fee line-niveau. <\/p>\n

Vier componenten, samen je volledige pass-through kosten: interchange per transactie tegen de officieel gepubliceerde tarieven, scheme fees tegen wat de schemes daadwerkelijk in rekening brachten, de interchange die terugkomt op refunds tegen de geldende teruggaveregels, en de non-transactional scheme fees op je maandfactuur tegen de offici\u00eble tarieven per eenheid waar die gepubliceerd zijn. Je levert een beperkte set standaard exports uit je eigen PSP-omgeving. Geen integratie, geen toegang tot systemen, geen IT-project. Binnen een week is de reconciliatie compleet op fee line-niveau en liggen de bevindingen op tafel, of de uitkomst nu schoon is of leakage laat zien. Je data verlaat nooit de afgesloten omgeving waarin de verificatie draait, wordt nooit ge\u00fcpload naar tools van derden en wordt nooit verwerkt door een AI-systeem. <\/p>\n

No cure, no pay. De verificatie is onderdeel van een opdracht voor optimalisatie van PSP-kosten, dus fees uitsluitend op resultaat. Komt de reconciliatie schoon terug, dan valt er niets terug te halen en niets in rekening te brengen. <\/p>\n
