Audax Retail comprend des marques bien connues telles que Bruna et ReadShop, desservant plus de 500 magasins en propre et en franchise, ainsi que plus de 4 000 autres d\u00e9taillants, de Bruna et ReadShop aux points de vente de Schiphol, des gares et des librairies du Bijenkorf. <\/p>\n<h2><strong>Le d\u00e9fi<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Audax avait besoin d&rsquo;un contrat de paiement au point de vente qui fonctionne pour deux publics diff\u00e9rents \u00e0 la fois : ses propres succursales Bruna et ses franchis\u00e9s ind\u00e9pendants. Il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;un probl\u00e8me structurellement plus difficile qu&rsquo;une n\u00e9gociation avec un seul commer\u00e7ant, car les volumes, les int\u00e9r\u00eats et les priorit\u00e9s des franchis\u00e9s et des magasins en propre ne s&rsquo;alignent pas automatiquement, et un accord doit \u00eatre favorable \u00e0 toutes les parties pour valoir la peine d&rsquo;\u00eatre sign\u00e9. <\/p>\n<h2><strong>L&rsquo;approche<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>EcomStream a guid\u00e9 Audax tout au long de l&rsquo;\u00e9valuation : en pesant les propositions des fournisseurs de paiement et des banques, en \u00e9valuant les diff\u00e9rentes structures propos\u00e9es et en examinant les termes et conditions de chacune d&rsquo;entre elles. L&rsquo;objectif \u00e9tait de parvenir \u00e0 un accord unique qui tienne la route \u00e0 la fois dans les succursales d\u00e9tenues en propre et dans le r\u00e9seau de franchise. <\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;\u00e9ducation a constitu\u00e9 un \u00e9l\u00e9ment central de ce travail. EcomStream a donn\u00e9 aux parties prenantes d&rsquo;Audax une vision claire du paysage n\u00e9erlandais des paiements et de son fonctionnement r\u00e9el, de sorte que les d\u00e9cisions ont \u00e9t\u00e9 prises en toute connaissance de cause plut\u00f4t que sur la base de l&rsquo;avis d&rsquo;un fournisseur. <\/p>\n<h2><strong>Le r\u00e9sultat<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Audax a obtenu un contrat de paiement au point de vente favorable couvrant \u00e0 la fois ses succursales Bruna et ses franchis\u00e9s, avec des parties prenantes qui comprenaient suffisamment bien le march\u00e9 pour agir en toute confiance. Une n\u00e9gociation complexe et multipartite a abouti \u00e0 un accord qui a satisfait toutes les parties concern\u00e9es. <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.audax.nl\/retail\/\" target=\"_blank\"
