Die Gruppe betreibt vier Onlineplattformen, 276 Filialen und besch\u00e4ftigt 4.200 Menschen, wobei sie ihre Kan\u00e4le verbindet, um bezahlbare, zeitgem\u00e4\u00dfe Einrichtungsl\u00f6sungen in der gesamten Region anzubieten.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Die Aufgabe<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>\u00dcber zwei Marken und mehrere digitale Vertriebskan\u00e4le hinweg war die Payment-Landschaft zersplittert. Online, Marktpl\u00e4tze und Sales@home trugen jeweils ein eigenes Set-up, was das Kundenerlebnis uneinheitlich und die Kostenbasis schwer steuerbar machte. Die Gruppe brauchte ein einziges, modernes Zahlungsfundament, das alle diese Kan\u00e4le stimmig bedient und internationale Expansion tr\u00e4gt, statt eines Flickwerks, das mit jeder weiteren Marke und jedem weiteren Markt schwerer zu pflegen wurde.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Das Vorgehen<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Ramon f\u00fchrte einen vollst\u00e4ndigen RFP-Prozess von Anfang bis Ende, \u00fcber drei Vertriebskan\u00e4le, Online, Marktpl\u00e4tze und Sales@home, und \u00fcber Leen Bakker und Kwantum hinweg. Die Arbeit baute auf einer Beziehung zu EcomStream auf, die 2019 begann, und auf der aktiven Beteiligung einer breiten Gruppe von Verantwortlichen innerhalb der Homefashion Group, die die Anforderungen pr\u00e4gten und die Entscheidungen leiteten.<\/p>\n<p>Der Wert eines strukturierten RFP liegt in der Disziplin, die er erzwingt: klare Anforderungen, echter Wettbewerb zwischen Anbietern und offene Kommunikation, die ein komplexes Projekt mit vielen Beteiligten durchgehend an den gesch\u00e4ftlichen Priorit\u00e4ten ausrichtet. Diese Struktur hielt den Prozess auf Kurs und band das Ergebnis an das, was die Gruppe tats\u00e4chlich brauchte.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Das Ergebnis<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Das Resultat ist ein skalierbares, modulares Payment-\u00d6kosystem, das beiden Marken eine einheitliche und modernisierte Payment-Landschaft \u00fcber ihre digitalen Kan\u00e4le hinweg gibt. Es verbessert das Checkout-Erlebnis, bringt Kostenoptimierung \u00fcber direkte und indirekte Einsparungen und ist darauf gebaut, k\u00fcnftige internationale Expansion und den schnelleren Rollout neuer Propositionen zu tragen. Die Homefashion Group ging mit einem flexiblen, zukunftsfesten Set-up heraus statt mit einem zersplitterten, einfacher zu betreiben und bereit zu skalieren.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201eW\u00e4hrend unserer gemeinsamen Projekte bei Leen Bakker &amp; Kwantum habe ich Ramon als echten Payment-Experten und als sehr angenehmen Profi kennengelernt.
