Zu Audax Retail geh\u00f6ren bekannte Marken wie Bruna und ReadShop, die mehr als 500 eigene und Franchisefilialen sowie \u00fcber 4.000 weitere H\u00e4ndler bedienen, von Bruna und ReadShop bis zu Standorten an Schiphol, an Bahnh\u00f6fen und in den Buchabteilungen von Bijenkorf.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Die Aufgabe<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Audax brauchte einen Vertrag f\u00fcr Kassenzahlungen, der zwei unterschiedliche Zielgruppen zugleich bedient: die eigenen Bruna-Filialen und die selbstst\u00e4ndigen Franchisenehmer. Das ist strukturell schwieriger als eine Verhandlung f\u00fcr ein einzelnes Handelsunternehmen, denn Volumen, Interessen und Priorit\u00e4ten von Franchisenehmern und eigenen Filialen decken sich nicht automatisch, und eine Vereinbarung muss f\u00fcr alle Seiten g\u00fcnstig sein, um unterschriftsreif zu werden.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Das Vorgehen<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>EcomStream f\u00fchrte Audax durch die vollst\u00e4ndige Bewertung: Angebote von Zahlungsdienstleistern und Banken abw\u00e4gen, die verschiedenen Vertragsmodelle auf dem Tisch beurteilen und die dahinterliegenden Bedingungen pr\u00fcfen. Ziel war eine einzige Vereinbarung, die sowohl f\u00fcr die eigenen Filialen als auch f\u00fcr das Franchisenetz tr\u00e4gt.<\/p>\n<p>Ein zentraler Teil der Arbeit war Wissensvermittlung. EcomStream gab den Beteiligten bei Audax ein klares Bild der niederl\u00e4ndischen Payment-Landschaft und ihrer tats\u00e4chlichen Funktionsweise, sodass die Entscheidungen aus echtem Verst\u00e4ndnis heraus fielen und nicht auf das Wort eines Anbieters hin.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Das Ergebnis<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Audax sicherte sich einen g\u00fcnstigen Vertrag f\u00fcr Kassenzahlungen, der sowohl die Bruna-Filialen als auch die Franchisenehmer abdeckt, mit Beteiligten, die den Markt gut genug verstanden, um mit Zuversicht zu handeln. Eine komplexe Verhandlung mit vielen Parteien endete in einer Vereinbarung, die f\u00fcr alle Beteiligten funktionierte.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.audax.nl\/retail\/\" target=\"_blank\"
