Diese Kombination, ein gro\u00dfes Filialnetz neben einem umsatzstarken Webshop, macht Payment zu einer echten Unified-Commerce-Aufgabe und nicht zu einer Einkanalfrage.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Die Aufgabe<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Mit dem Wechsel zu einem Unified-Commerce-Modell passte das bestehende Payment Set-up von Amac nicht mehr. Zahlungen online und in der Filiale sollten auf einer Infrastruktur laufen, wof\u00fcr ein neuer Zahlungsdienstleister n\u00f6tig war, der beide Kan\u00e4le stimmig bedienen kann statt zwei getrennter, zusammengesetzter L\u00f6sungen.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Das Vorgehen<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>EcomStream kam hinzu, nachdem die erste Anbieterwahl bereits getroffen war, und f\u00fchrte die Verhandlung zu Ende. Ein gro\u00dfer Teil des Werts lag darin, das Rauschen zu durchdringen: das kaufm\u00e4nnische Bild, das ein Anbieter zeichnet, ist selten transparent, und EcomStream machte die tats\u00e4chlichen Bedingungen, die tats\u00e4chlichen Kosten und die tats\u00e4chlichen Abw\u00e4gungen f\u00fcr Amac klar und lesbar, sodass die Entscheidung auf Fakten beruhte und nicht auf der Darstellung des Anbieters.<\/p>\n<p>Beide Kan\u00e4le in einem Vertrag zu verhandeln gab Amac mehr Druckmittel, als es die getrennte Behandlung gegeben h\u00e4tte, denn Zahlungen online und in der Filiale tragen unterschiedliche Kosten- und Risikoprofile, die gemeinsam st\u00e4rker wiegen.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Das Ergebnis<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Der neue Vertrag brachte eine j\u00e4hrliche Einsparung im sechsstelligen Bereich, dazu sch\u00e4rfere S\u00e4tze, niedrigere Geb\u00fchren und st\u00e4rkere Vertrags- und Service-Level-Vereinbarungen zu Leistung und Verl\u00e4sslichkeit. Amac l\u00e4uft nun auf einer einzigen, kosteneffizienteren und skalierbaren Zahlungsinfrastruktur \u00fcber alle Kan\u00e4le hinweg, die auf Wachstum ausgelegt ist statt es zu begrenzen.<\/p>\n<p><a
