Audax wurde 1958 von Jacques de Leeuw gegr\u00fcndet und hat sich zu einem bedeutenden Akteur im Einzelhandel, im Verlagswesen und im kommerziellen Vertrieb entwickelt. Das Unternehmen operiert \u00fcber Abteilungen wie Audax Retail, Audax Publishing, Van Ditmar und Betapress. <\/p>\n

Audax Retail umfasst bekannte Marken wie Bruna und ReadShop, w\u00e4hrend Audax Publishing ein Portfolio von sechs Titeln verwaltet, darunter Vriendin, Weekend und Sant\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Das Projekt:<\/strong><\/p>\n

EcomStream spielte eine entscheidende Rolle bei der Unterst\u00fctzung von Audax, um einen vorteilhaften Vertrag sowohl f\u00fcr die Franchisenehmer als auch f\u00fcr die Bruna-Filialen abzuschlie\u00dfen. Das Fachwissen von EcomStream half Audax bei der Bewertung von Vorschl\u00e4gen von Zahlungsanbietern und Banken, bei der Beurteilung verschiedener Vertragsstrukturen und bei der \u00dcberpr\u00fcfung der Bedingungen. <\/p>\n

Dar\u00fcber hinaus lieferte EcomStream wertvolle Informationen \u00fcber die niederl\u00e4ndische Zahlungslandschaft und half den Beteiligten von Audax, die Feinheiten des Marktes zu verstehen. Dank dieser Unterst\u00fctzung konnte Audax fundierte Entscheidungen treffen und mit Zuversicht vorgehen, so dass eine f\u00fcr alle Beteiligten vorteilhafte Vereinbarung zustande kam. <\/p>\n

Letztendlich hat EcomStream Audax geholfen, sich erfolgreich in der komplexen Zahlungsumgebung zurechtzufinden.<\/p>\n
