Seine Regeln beschlie\u00dft ein Rat der Teilnehmer aus Banken, Zahlungsinstituten und E-Geld-Instituten, und seine Website wird von der BORICA AD herausgegeben. Es hat Ende 2016 seine T\u00e4tigkeit aufgenommen und baut auf der fr\u00fcheren nationalen Karte Borica auf. Bcard wird als Debitkarte, Kreditkarte oder Prepaidkarte ausgegeben, an Privatpersonen und an Unternehmen, und nach Angaben des Systems wird es an allen Terminals im Land akzeptiert. F\u00fcr einen H\u00e4ndler liegt das Interessante nicht in der Karte. BORICA gibt an, dass alle Zahlungsdienstleister auf dem bulgarischen Markt, die Kartenzahlungen anbieten, auch das Acquiring f\u00fcr Bcard \u00fcbernehmen, und verweist H\u00e4ndler f\u00fcr Provisionen, Einschr\u00e4nkungen und Markenerkennung an die Bank, die ihr Gesch\u00e4ftskonto und ihr Terminal f\u00fchrt.<\/p><p>Online wird die Karte auf bulgarischen Websites akzeptiert, die das Logo von bcard oder Borica zeigen. In der Praxis hei\u00dft das ein bulgarischer Acquirer oder Gateway, etwa ePay.bg f\u00fcr den E-Commerce oder eine bulgarische Bank f\u00fcr beide Kan\u00e4le.<\/p><\/div>\n  <\/div>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"et_pb_section_2 et_pb_section et_section_regular et_block_section es-page-sec\">\n<div class=\"et_pb_row_2 et_pb_row et_block_row\">\n<div class=\"et_pb_column_2 et_pb_column et_pb_column_4_4 et-last-child et_block_column et_pb_css_mix_blend_mode_passthrough\">\n<div class=\"et_pb_code_2 et_pb_code et_pb_module\"><div class=\"et_pb_code_inner\"><div class=\"es-page\">\n<section class=\"sec paper\">\n  <div class=\"wrap\">\n    <p class=\"eyebrow\">Schiene<\/p>\n    <h2>Bcard ist ein inl\u00e4ndisches Kartensystem mit eigener Interchange<\/h2>\n    <div class=\"rule\"><\/div>\n    <div class=\"body\"><p>Eine Bcard-Zahlung l\u00e4uft \u00fcber das System zwischen dem Acquirer des H\u00e4ndlers und dem Issuer des Karteninhabers. Die Karte ist mit Chip ausgegeben und enth\u00e4lt keine Magnetstreifendaten, und das System nennt kontaktloses Bezahlen, Zahlungen im Internet und mobiles Bezahlen unter seinen Funktionen.<\/p><p>Bcard hat eine eigene Interchange. ePay.bg druckt sie in seinem H\u00e4ndlertarif ab: 0,3 % f\u00fcr eine Kreditkarte, 0,2 % f\u00fcr eine Debit- und Prepaidkarte. Das sind dieselben S\u00e4tze, die derselbe Tarif f\u00fcr private Visa- und Mastercard-Karten aus dem EWR nennt. Streitf\u00e4lle folgen dem Kartenweg: BORICA verweist den Karteninhaber an das Institut, das die Karte ausgegeben hat.<\/p><\/div>\n  <\/div>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"et_pb_section_3 et_pb_section et_section_regular et_block_section es-page-sec\">\n<div class=\"et_pb_row_3 et_pb_row et_block_row\">\n<div class=\"et_pb_column_3 et_pb_column et_pb_column_4_4 et-last-child et_block_column et_pb_css_mix_blend_mode_passthrough\">\n<div class=\"et_pb_code_3 et_pb_code et_pb_module\"><div class=\"et_pb_code_inner\"><div class=\"es-page\">\n<section class=\"sec\">\n  <div class=\"wrap\">\n    <h2>Wo Bcard genutzt wird und wo es verkauft wird<\/h2>\n    <div class=\"rule\"><\/div>\n    <div class=\"body\"><p>Bcard ist ein bulgarisches Produkt. Nach Angaben von BORICA akzeptieren \u00fcber 70.000 Gesch\u00e4ftsstellen im Land die Karte, mit mehr als 85.000 POS-Terminals, und die Akzeptanz im Ausland ist geplant. Bulgarien ist am 1. Januar 2026 dem Euroraum beigetreten, Tarife wie der von ePay.bg stehen daher jetzt in Euro.<\/p><p>F\u00fcr einen H\u00e4ndler au\u00dferhalb Bulgariens ist die brauchbare Frage nicht, wie viele Bulgaren eine Bcard besitzen, sondern ob Ihr eigener Acquirer eine verarbeiten kann. BORICA gibt an, dass jeder PSP auf dem bulgarischen Markt, der Kartenzahlungen anbietet, auch Acquirer f\u00fcr Bcard ist.<\/p><\/div>\n  <\/div>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"et_pb_section_4 et_pb_section et_section_regular et_block_section es-page-sec\">\n<div class=\"et_pb_row_4 et_pb_row et_block_row\">\n<div class=\"et_pb_column_4 et_pb_column et_pb_column_4_4 et-last-child et_block_column et_pb_css_mix_blend_mode_passthrough\">\n<div class=\"et_pb_code_4 et_pb_code et_pb_module\"><div class=\"et_pb_code_inner\"><div class=\"es-page\">\n<section class=\"sec paper\">\n  <div class=\"wrap\">\n    <p class=\"eyebrow\">Preis<\/p>\n    <h2>ePay.bg bepreist Bcard in derselben Zeile wie Visa und Mastercard<\/h2>\n    <div class=\"rule\"><\/div>\n    <div class=\"body\"><p>BORICA ver\u00f6ffentlicht keinen H\u00e4ndlerpreis. Der ver\u00f6ffentlichte Preis im Index stammt von ePay.bg: 1 % jeder Zahlung mit einer in Bulgarien ausgegebenen Debit-, Kredit- oder Prepaidkarte, Bcard eingeschlossen, mindestens 0,10 Euro. Das 3D-Terminal f\u00fcr ePay World kostet 81,81 Euro im Jahr, im ersten Jahr berechnet mit 7,16 Euro je verbleibendem Monat.<\/p><p>Bei einer Bestellung von 40 Euro ergibt 1 % genau 0,40 Euro. Bei einer Bestellung von 6 Euro w\u00e4ren es 0,06 Euro, das Minimum greift und die Geb\u00fchr betr\u00e4gt 0,10 Euro. Bei 500.000 Euro Kartenvolumen im Jahr und einem durchschnittlichen Bestellwert von 40 Euro ergeben 12.500 Zahlungen zu 0,40 Euro insgesamt 5.000 Euro, zuz\u00fcglich der Terminalgeb\u00fchr von 81,81 Euro.<\/p><p>Das sind ver\u00f6ffentlichte Listenpreise, und das Beispiel ist eine Illustration: Was Sie tats\u00e4chlich zahlen, bestimmt Ihr angebotener Preis. Da ePay.bg Bcard, Visa und Mastercard aus Bulgarien in eine Zeile setzt, macht die Marke der Karte in diesem Tarif keinen Unterschied f\u00fcr die Geb\u00fchr.<\/p><\/div>\n  <\/div>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"et_pb_section_5 et_pb_section et_section_regular et_block_section es-page-sec\">\n<div class=\"et_pb_row_5 et_pb_row et_block_row\">\n<div class=\"et_pb_column_5 et_pb_column et_pb_column_4_4 et-last-child et_block_column et_pb_css_mix_blend_mode_passthrough\">\n<div class=\"et_pb_code_5 et_pb_code et_pb_module\"><div class=\"et_pb_code_inner\"><div class=\"es-page\">\n<section class=\"sec\">\n  <div class=\"wrap\">\n    <p class=\"eyebrow\">Gutscheine<\/p>\n    <h2>Essensgutscheine laufen \u00fcber Bcard mit eigener Interchange<\/h2>\n    <div class=\"rule\"><\/div>\n    <div class=\"body\"><p>Seit dem 1. Oktober 2023 gelten im System Regeln f\u00fcr Essensgutscheine auf einem elektronischen Tr\u00e4ger mit der Bcard-Karte, beschlossen vom Rat der Teilnehmer, zusammen mit einem Interbankenentgelt von 0,3 % des Zahlungsbetrags. Dieses Entgelt zahlt die Bank des H\u00e4ndlers an die Bank des Gutscheinbetreibers.<\/p><p>Eine Gutscheinzahlung kommt am selben Terminal unter demselben Logo an, ist aber ein anderes Produkt. Ihre Interchange betr\u00e4gt 0,3 %, eine Bcard-Debitzahlung tr\u00e4gt 0,2 %. Auf 100.000 Euro Gutscheinzahlungen sind das 300 Euro Interchange gegen\u00fcber 200 Euro auf Debitniveau. Bitten Sie Ihren Acquirer, das Gutscheinvolumen als eigene Zeile auszuweisen, damit es nicht als Kartenvolumen bepreist wird und Sie die 0,3 % gesondert pr\u00fcfen k\u00f6nnen.<\/p><\/div>\n  <\/div>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"et_pb_section_6 et_pb_section et_section_regular et_block_section es-page-sec\">\n<div class=\"et_pb_row_6 et_pb_row et_block_row\">\n<div class=\"et_pb_column_6 et_pb_column et_pb_column_4_4 et-last-child et_block_column et_pb_css_mix_blend_mode_passthrough\">\n<div class=\"et_pb_code_6 et_pb_code et_pb_module\"><div class=\"et_pb_code_inner\"><div class=\"es-page\">\n<section class=\"sec dark\">\n  <div class=\"wrap\">\n    <p class=\"eyebrow\">Vertrag<\/p>\n    <h2>Halten Sie schriftlich fest, ob Interchange und Scheme Fee in den 1 % enthalten sind<\/h2>\n    <div class=\"rule\"><\/div>\n    <div class=\"body\"><p>Der Tarif von ePay.bg stellt drei Dinge nebeneinander: die Geb\u00fchr des Betreibers von 1 % f\u00fcr in Bulgarien ausgegebene Karten, die Bcard-Interchange von 0,2 % und 0,3 % und eine Scheme Fee von 0,35 % f\u00fcr alle Kartentransaktionen mit Karten von Zahlungsdienstleistern in der EU und im EWR, Stand zum Datum des Vertrags. Der Tarif sagt nicht, ob Interchange und Scheme Fee in den 1 % enthalten sind oder hinzukommen, und die Zeile zur Scheme Fee nennt Bcard nicht.<\/p><p>Das sind zwei offene Punkte mit direkten Kosten. K\u00e4me die 0,35 % zu den 1 % hinzu, stiege die Geb\u00fchr auf eine Bcard-Zahlung von 40 Euro von 0,40 auf 0,54 Euro. dieselben: ob Bcard in derselben Zeile wie Visa und Mastercard bepreist wird, ob Interchange und Scheme Fee im angebotenen Preis enthalten sind, wie Essensgutscheine ausgewiesen werden und welches
