Der Kunde zahlt aus einer GrabPay Wallet, einem gespeicherten E-Geld-Guthaben, und gibt die Zahlung in Grab frei. Jedes Land hat eine eigene beaufsichtigte Gesellschaft: In Singapur ist die GPay Network (S) Pte Ltd von der Monetary Authority of Singapore f\u00fcr die Ausgabe von E-Geld lizenziert, in Malaysia untersteht GrabPay der Bank Negara Malaysia, und auf den Philippinen untersteht die GPay Network PH Inc. der Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas. YabandPay bepreist GrabPay f\u00fcr Singapur \u00fcber das Alipay+-Netzwerk.<\/p><p>Das eigene H\u00e4ndlerangebot auf der Website von Grab in Singapur ist auf das Gesch\u00e4ft ausgerichtet: Karten- und QR-Zahlungen \u00fcber die GrabMerchant-App, mit Gutschrift der Ladenzahlungen am n\u00e4chsten Kalendertag. Einen Preis nennt es nicht. Online beschreibt Stripe, dass der Kunde die Zahlung mit einem Einmalpasswort best\u00e4tigt, bevor er zum H\u00e4ndler zur\u00fcckkehrt. Kein Kartenherausgeber entscheidet \u00fcber die Zahlung, Interchange und Scheme Fees fallen auf Ihre Transaktion also nicht an.<\/p><p>Eine GrabPay-Zahlung kennt keinen Chargeback-Zyklus. Adyen f\u00fchrt Chargebacks als nicht unterst\u00fctzt, und Stripe schreibt, dass es kein Streitfallverfahren gibt, das zu einem Chargeback f\u00fchren kann. Eine Erstattung sto\u00dfen Sie selbst an, innerhalb einer Frist, die der Weg festlegt: Stripe und Airwallex erlauben Erstattungen bis 90 Tage nach der Zahlung. Der Kunde zahlt in seiner eigenen W\u00e4hrung: Singapur-Dollar, Ringgit oder philippinische Peso.<\/p><p>GrabPay PayLater, bei dem der Kunde im n\u00e4chsten Monat oder in vier Raten \u00fcber drei Monate zahlt, l\u00e4uft \u00fcber dieselbe Anbindung. PSP tun es, und Adyen druckt f\u00fcr Online-Zahlungen von einem europ\u00e4ischen Konto je Land des Kunden einen anderen Preis: 0,11 Euro plus 2,80 % f\u00fcr Singapur, 0,11 Euro plus 1,50 % f\u00fcr Malaysia und 0,11 Euro plus 2,20 % f\u00fcr die Philippinen. YabandPay ver\u00f6ffentlicht 3,00 % plus 0,10 Euro f\u00fcr GrabPay in Singapur \u00fcber Alipay+.<\/p><p>Bei einer Bestellung von 80 Euro sind das bei Adyen 2,35 Euro f\u00fcr einen Kunden aus Singapur, 1,31 Euro f\u00fcr einen Kunden aus Malaysia und 1,87 Euro f\u00fcr einen Kunden von den Philippinen, bei YabandPay 2,50 Euro f\u00fcr einen Kunden aus Singapur. Nehmen Sie 1 Million Euro GrabPay-Volumen bei einem durchschnittlichen Bestellwert von 80 Euro, also 12.500 Bestellungen. Bei 70 % aus Singapur, 20 % aus Malaysia und 10 % von den Philippinen ergeben die ver\u00f6ffentlichten Preise von Adyen 26.175 Euro im Jahr. Bei 30 % aus Singapur, 60 % aus Malaysia und 10 % von den Philippinen kostet dasselbe Volumen beim selben Anbieter 20.975 Euro. Allein die L\u00e4nderverteilung verschiebt die Kosten um 5.200 Euro.<\/p><p>Das sind ver\u00f6ffentlichte Listenpreise, und das Beispiel ist eine Illustration; was Sie tats\u00e4chlich zahlen, bestimmt Ihr angebotener Preis. F\u00fcr ein Budget hei\u00dft das: Ein GrabPay-Preis l\u00e4sst sich ohne die L\u00e4nderverteilung dahinter nicht beurteilen. Bei 1 Million Euro GrabPay-Volumen kostet jeder halbe Prozentpunkt Umrechnungsmarge 5.000 Euro im Jahr, etwa so viel wie die L\u00e4nderverteilung im Beispiel oben. Airwallex druckt dazu passend ein Transaktionsmaximum von 5.000 Singapur-Dollar und 9.999 Ringgit in Malaysia. F\u00fcr PayLater by Grab nennt es 7.000 Singapur-Dollar und 6.000 Ringgit und f\u00fcgt hinzu, dass das genaue Maximum von Grab und dem Kunden bestimmt wird.<\/p><p>Verkaufen Sie Waren mit hohem Bestellwert, f\u00fchrt ein GrabPay-Button oberhalb dieser Betr\u00e4ge zu einer Zahlung, die aus der Wallet nicht gelingen kann.
